I really don't know what it means but I'm a take a guess. I guess what they are trying to say is that the lord of the flies is a kid that has all the power but I'm not to sure about that. I think it was when they were mad at each other. and there blood was pumping very fast.

Great idea. One thing I recently thought of too was how the flies are crawling all over this pig and basically cleaning its carcass. And isn't the pig stronger than the fly? Maybe the image is supposed to be that little or smaller things can sometimes overpower bigger things?
